Unless you know the best use cases for AI, you'll waste time rather than saving it. I created this video to show Microsoft 365 users some well-tested quick-wins that could save them hours per week and help them avoid using Copilot’s less-useful functions. This video was created with guidance from the always brilliant SME Joe Markert, to help his clients at TransformITive.
In my opinion, Microsoft’s learning curve is harder than it has to be. This is a shame, because users are often discouraged from mastering some of MS 365’s most powerful apps. I went through the harder-than-needed work of mastering Power Autotmate, and then flattened and shortened that learning curve, so that my client’s team could use this app and its time-saving automations with ease.
When a learning design team doesn’t understand their Learning Management System (LMS), their productivity and the quality of their work will suffer. That’s why I’m so proud of this comprehensive help center article for Learnosity. It empowered a very talented team of instructional designers to produce nearly 200 top-quality learning modules in just months.

No one wants their employees spinning their wheels as they fumble their way through new generative AI platforms. In this instructor-led training, the client’s team spent one hour learning gen AI practices that would have taken months to master by trial and error.
My colleague Levi Kerns and I co-created a slide deck and delivered this time-saving AI skills training to Krista together.
