The large multistate organization that I originally created this for was losing time and money due to frequent successful phishing attacks. They tried out-of-the box trainings from Microsoft and other third-party providers, but employees were NOT engaged in those trainings or learning from them. 

I consulted with managers, employees, and their IT department to figure out why the conventional trainings didn’t work. The result? A unique training truly tailored to employee, business and IT needs! After this training was rolled out, they went from multiple successful successful attacks per month to just one successful attack in two years. Because the victim had received the training, they knew to immediately contact IT, and the damage was reversed.
